PT. Masterindo Jaya Abadi was established since 1988 as part of PT. Metro Garmin group in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The company grew significantly producing high quality ladies-wear products with an annual production capacity over 4 million pieces and has become the leading manufacturing company of high quality garments in Indonesia.

Scope Of Work

PT. Masterindo Jaya Abadi is specialized in producing excellent quality high fashion ladies-wear products including; dresses, skirts, shirts and blouses. Our company ability to combine clothing materials of excellent quality and produce it into various suitable female clothing products, allows the company to serve well-known brands across the US market, European market as well as the Japanese market. Some of our Loyal customers are; Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY, The North Face, S.Oliver, Schoffel, NAUTICA, Kirkland, Foxcroft, Gerry Webber, Comma, etc. Furthermore, PT. Masterindo Jaya Abadi or also known as PT. MJA is also specialized in producing WRINKLE-FREE products; posture and pre-cure process with taping for shirts and blouses. For several years we have been exporting our WRINKLE-FREE products mainly to America in which they have high demand for this particular kind of product.

WORKFORCE & KEY PROCESSES

Over 3.000 skilled employees are employed to support PT. Masterindo Jaya Abadi in the field of production, management, and control. Three production units and one cutting unit enables the company to reach a production capacity up to 600.000 pieces (50.000 dz) every month.

Our employees are continuously improving especially in the production sector, featuring carefully selected fabrics with the highest quality workmanship to satisfy our customer needs.

    Blood Donation

    Blood donation is held by PT. Masterindo Jaya Abadi in cooperation with PMI ( Indonesian Red Cross) branches Bandung, as the form of the company's concern about the importance of blood donors to meet the blood needs in Indonesia, in order to assist the public in obtaining the help of blood. This is a regular activity of the company has been conducted regularly every three months and has been running for more than 10 years.

    Raymond & Sherly Wedding

    The Happinest New Couple, our General Manager and Wife Mr & Mrs. Raymond Gunawan

    Saturday, 5th December 2015 was the happiest day for Mr. Soegianto, Mr. Soewondo Basoeki and family, as it was their son's & daughter's wedding day.

    The Holy Matrimony was held sacredly in “GII Hok Im Tong” Church, Bandung, witnessed by approximately 300 guests, including; family, close relatives, business colleagues & partners and friends. On that day, Pastor Dr. Caleb Tong who led the holy matrimony blest and edified both Raymond and Sherly as husband and wife.

    The Evening Wedding reception was held in “Club Deruzzi, Dago Pakar Resort” in Bandung. The party started at 7 pm with more than 2.000 guests, including; family members, relatives, Government officials, friends and business partners who have travelled along way from various countries, such as; USA, Germany, Hongkong, Singapore, Korea, Japan, the Netherlands, Malaysia, and India.

    The Evening Party started with an Elegant Grand Entrance of the Newly-wed couple, continued with a fascinating toast and a beautiful First Dance of Raymond and Sherly. Their first dance was accompanied by an amazing orchestra & choir. The party continued to reach it climax point which was Raymond & Sherly's wedding kiss, and during that time fireworks show by Club Deruzzi was launched. All the guests were amazed and stunned. We represent all the staffs & employees of PT. Masterindo Jaya Abadi would like to happily congratulate the Newly-Wed couple Mr. Raymond Gunawan and Mrs. Sherly Basoeki. May God bless both of you always and live happily ever after.
